Return Policy
Due to the recent COVID 19 pandemic and out of an abundance of caution for both Providers and RRI Employees, Responsive Respiratory will no longer be able to accept products for return. This includes both new and used items including, but not limited to: conservers, regulators, disposables, cases, cylinders and carts & rack.
Any product requiring warranty evaluation, please contact Customer Service at (866) 333-4030 for trouble‐shooting and replacement guidance. To make a claim on defects in materials and workmanship, Purchaser must notify Responsive Respiratory within 5 days of receipt of the product
***If the product is not in its original packaging or has been damaged, no credit will be issued. A restocking fee applies to all returns.
